🚫 Technical Support for Themes & Plugins

Please note that we do not offer technical assistance for any third-party themes or plugins. As mentioned in our FAQ, our pricing is affordable because we do not include developer-level support.

We do provide help with product installation if you’re facing issues setting it up after purchase.

📦 Requesting New Products

Do not use the ticket system to request products that are not currently available in our store. 

🖼️ Screenshots for Better Support

If you need to share a screenshot with us, please use tools like Lightshot or Snipping Tool and provide a link. For security reasons, direct file uploads to our website are not accepted.

🔄 Requesting Updates

Kindly do not ask for product updates via the support ticket system. Updates can be requested directly on the individual product pages where applicable.
